<p>The Deputy Principal reports to the Principal for the strategic and practical leadership of the College.</p>
<p>The Deputy Principal provides executive leadership in curriculum, wellbeing, faith and operations, driving alignment with the College’s mission and strategic direction. A relational, values-led leader, the Deputy ensures every girl is known and valued, inspires professional growth in staff, and fosters community partnerships that strengthen the College’s Christian ethos and educational distinction. The Deputy Principal also holds overarching responsibility for staff and student wellbeing, cultivating a culture of care, connection and professional fulfilment.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:</p>

<li>A strong personal Christian faith with the ability to lead and contribute to the Christian life and values of the College.</li>
<li>A deep understanding of teaching and learning with the ability to lead academic excellence and student growth from Preparatory to Year 12.</li>
<li>A track record of leading change and innovation that improves student outcomes and enhances school programs.</li>
<li>A commitment to developing self and others through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning.</li>
<li>Strong operational and organisational skills to manage resources, ensure compliance, and support the daily running of the College.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relational skills to foster community, build partnerships, and represent the College with integrity.</li>
</ul>
<p>Offered as a full-time, ongoing executive leadership role, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be NESA accredited.</p>
