<p>The College is seeking an experienced People &amp; Culture Coordinator to join Concordia College in 2025.</p> <p>The People &amp; Culture Coordinator supports the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. This includes administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment.</p> <p>This position requires the ability to manage needs calmly and effectively, balancing several tasks during busy periods. The People &amp; Culture Coordinator will require a high level of digital technology competencies and accuracy for the needs of the role.</p> <p>This is an important position which is dynamic and varied, requiring a high level of communication skills with teaching staff, Leadership, non-teaching staff and other community members.</p>
