We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusive Education Leader to join our Cornerstone community, to lead, guide, and support staff in the development and implementation of inclusive practices across the College.

<p>We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusive Education Leader to join our Cornerstone community, to lead, guide, and support staff in the development and implementation of inclusive practices across the College. This also includes overseeing the work of the Inclusive Education team members, coordinating support programs, and making recommendations regarding student learning. </p>

<p><strong>Essential</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in inclusive education, special education, or a related field</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the NCCD, Disability Standards for Education, and inclusive pedagogies</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead and manage staff and programs effectively</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff, students, and families</li>
<li>Current WWCC (Working with Children Check) </li>
