<p><strong>Maximum-term - Full-time</strong></p> <p>The Deputy Head of Senior School - Pastoral Care 11-12 role requires leadership, direct oversight and determined decision making to manage the pastoral care and support of all Senior School students in conjunction with the Head of School and the Deputy Head of Senior School - Pastoral Care 9-10.&nbsp; This role leads and manages the pastoral care program in the Senior School including coordinating the House system and connected Tutor programs. Working with the Head of Senior School the role ensures that all Senior School community members support and follow the School’s&nbsp;Purpose and Concerns as well as all school policies and procedures.</p> <p>You will be a passionate, collaborative leader who balances your strengths in leadership and decision making with your compassion for students and their wellbeing.&nbsp;</p> <p>Supported by an a committed leadership team in the Senior School you will strive to search for continuous improvement in our Pastoral Care system that supports our students and the School’s&nbsp;<a href="https://secure.ermonline.com.au/education/gateway/intranet_gateway.cfm?eu=TU-63DDF437-C6FB-54CC-B3B89E8D7C581AD2-63DDF438-F6A0-E4FB-95241AB258817998" rel="nofollow">Purpose and Concerns</a>.</p> <p>This is a maximum-term, full-time role covering extended leave of the incumbent with the successful candidate commencing on 1 January 2026.
