While the timeline may change, we expect that these interviews will start from 22 July 2025. Candidates who applied last year and previous years will still need to re-apply.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Step 2: </strong>Following your initial Zoom interview, if you successfully progress to the next stage, we will either: &nbsp;</p> <p>a) match your application to a current and specific vacancy, and invite you to attend a second interview for that specific role; or &nbsp;</p> <p>b) we will place you in our 2026 Leadership Talent Pool ready for consideration when additional vacancies arise later in Term 3 and Term 4, as they typically do every year.
