<p>We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a permanent full-time role, available for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fostering children's growth and development in a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment.</p>
<p>We welcome applicants who are either fully qualified or have completed at least 50% of an approved Early Childhood Teaching degree, as you may be eligible to work under a Special Authority.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and implement a high-quality educational program that supports each child’s interests, social, emotional, and developmental wellbeing</li>
<li>Document and reflect on children’s learning and experiences in line with best practices</li>
<li>Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained through regular monitoring</li>
<li>Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with families and colleagues</li>
<li>Contribute meaningfully to the service’s philosophy, and actively uphold the organisation’s values and vision</li>
<li>Create engaging and purposeful learning experiences based on children’s interests and developmental stages</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)</li>
<li>Proven ability to plan and deliver inclusive, high-quality early childhood education programs that support children’s holistic development across all learning outcomes and developmental domains.</li>
<li>Experience in a leadership role, such as Educational Leader, with the ability to mentor and support educators, lead critical reflection, and drive high-quality pedagogical practice.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with families, colleagues, and community organisations to enhance children’s learning, wellbeing, and developmental outcomes<strong>.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Eligibility requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (preferably a Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood)</li>
<li>Current teacher registration in NSW</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Conditions and salary </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Salary is based on the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.</li>
<li>Salary range: $91,500 to $132,000 (based on experience and qualifications) (range paid above award).</li>
<li>Employment is subject to satisfactory Working with Children Check clearance.</li>
