<p><strong>Early Childhood Co-Educator (Diploma)</strong></p> <p>Part-time Contract – Term 3 &amp; 4, 2025<br> Junior School Campus – Faith Lutheran College, Tanunda</p> <p>We are currently seeking nurturing, team-oriented Early Childhood Co-Educators to join our Junior School (ELC) team from the start of Term 3, 2025.</p> <p>Flexible part-time contract roles are available for Terms 3 and 4, with the possibility of ongoing or holiday relief work for the right candidate/s.</p> <p>We are offering part-time contract roles with flexible options:</p> <ul> <li>One role: 26.5 hours/week (Tues–Fri)</li> <li>Or two roles: <ul> <li>17 hrs/week (Wed–Fri)</li> <li>15.5 hrs/week (Tues–Wed)</li> </ul></li> </ul> <p>These roles are initially for Terms 3 and 4, with potential for holiday and ongoing work.</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care&nbsp;<br><i>(or Certificate III and willing to work towards a Diploma qualification)</i></li> <li>Experience or interest in play-based and inquiry learning approaches</li> <li>Current WWCC, First Aid, RRHAN-EC &amp; VSC (or willingness to obtain)&nbsp;</li> <li>Alignment with the Christian values of the College</li> </ul> <p><strong>Applications close 11 July 2025</strong><br> Please note: The College reserves the right to interview and appoint prior to the closing date if a suitable candidate is identified.</p>
