This opportunity is offered as a full time, ongoing substantive position as Teacher with a three-year leadership appointment.</p> <p>The Head of Learning Diversity is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies that ensure inclusive educational practices, support diverse learning needs, and promote equitable opportunities for all students. This position focuses on creating a learning environment where every student, regardless of their learning differences or abilities, is able to thrive and reach their full potential.</p> <p>Importantly this position is responsible for linking curriculum and pastoral teams in the effective and coordinated support of student needs.
