<p>Located in Dunmore on the NSW South Coast, Shellharbour Anglican College is a vibrant, independent Prep–12 co-educational school in a season of significant growth.</p>
<p>Shellharbour Anglican College has established itself as a dynamic learning community, guided by Christian values and dedicated to excellence and service. With over 1000 students and an enviable location just 90 minutes south of Sydney, the College continues to expand. The College’s next strategic appointment will build on a foundation of stable leadership and staff commitment to Christian education.</p>
<p>The Head of Junior School reports to the Principal and serves as a member of the Executive Team, contributing to whole-school strategy and leadership.</p>
<p>The Head of Junior School provides visionary, faith-informed leadership of learning, wellbeing and operations across Prep to Year 6. The successful candidate will shape and embed a deep learning culture, develop staff capability, and foster an environment of belonging, curiosity and academic growth. With a team of experienced educators and 450 students, this role offers the opportunity to lead through innovation, relational influence, and strategic foresight.</p>

<p>Offered as a full-time ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2026 (or by negotiation), applicants must be eligible for NESA accreditation and hold a right to work in Australia.</p>
