St Bernard's College is a vibrant learning community providing holistic boys' education with a strong focus on academic excellence. The College is seeking to appoint an NCCD Administration Officer part time 4 days per week.

<p>This role will support the LEaD Team in administrative duties. Specifically, but not only, it exists to maintain and manage NCCD Data, including assessments, Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), parent meetings, teacher NCCD evidence and well-being information.</p> <p><strong>The main responsibilities of the role include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the entry, tracking, and maintenance of relevant data to the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), including assessments, Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), Special Provisions and Teacher NCCD evidence, and wellbeing information.</li> <li>Upload documentation to student learning profiles and ensure all relevant documentation related to student needs is collected and uploaded.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the Learning Diversity Leaders and facilitate student data collation and evidence gathering during the Moderation phase of the NCCD.</li> <li>Assist the Learning Diversity Leaders and NCCD Case Managers with data collation and management using various Information Management Systems.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and understanding of the Disability Standards for Education 2005 (DSE) under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA)</li> <li>Experience in a similar NCCD position desirable</li> <li>Knowledge of Synergetic.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability work with a team of staff.</li> <li>Experience within a Catholic or similar educational organisation</li> <li> <p>Current Working with Children's</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></li> </ul> <p>To apply please visit www.sbc.vic.edu.au/about-us/employment-opportunities and complete the online application by clicking on the "Apply Now' button.&nbsp; A copy of the Position Description is available on the College Website.</p> <p>Applications close 4.00 pm 4 July 2025. &nbsp;This position will close earlier if a suitable candidate is appointed.</p> <p>The College promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children and young people.</p>
