<li>Degree qualification in Education, English / Humanities, Religious Education, or related field.</li>
<li>Current teaching qualifications and VIT registration</li>
<li>Proven experience in teaching at secondary level. </li>

<li>Strong understanding of differentiated instruction techniques to cater to diverse learning styles</li>
<li>Commitment to child safety.</li>

<li>Commitment to engage with colleagues, students, and parents/carers to achieve the best outcomes.</li>
<li>Demonstrated competence against the <a href="https://www.aitsl.edu.au/standards" rel="nofollow">Australian Professional Standards</a> for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.</li>
