This position is central to ensuring the successful implementation of the school’s curriculum, providing guidance and support to teachers in planning, assessment, and instructional practice, and fostering a deep understanding of catalyst strategies that drive student growth. This role plays a critical part in promoting a consistent and evidence-informed approach to pedagogy, while also managing key operational areas such as student behaviour processes and daily relief staffing.
