<p><strong>Teacher&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><br> Saints College North Melbourne is seeking an experienced Teacher to join their school community. Since 2012, SaintsCollege has led the way in radically inclusive education, supporting students with&nbsp;diverse challenges. We are an inclusive school for 12–25-year-olds seeking an alternative to&nbsp;mainstream education. Our environment celebrates all abilities and backgrounds, providing&nbsp;transformative learning experiences catering to individual needs.</p> <p>We operate multiple campuses located in Fitzroy North, North Melbourne, Sunshine, Geelong, Colac,&nbsp;Ballarat, Bungaree and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>The young people we serve often face significant and complex educational, social, developmental,&nbsp;psychological, health, legal, or familial challenges, which demand unique interventions. Through flexible and innovative&nbsp;teaching methods, we provide a supportive and holistic learning experience that encourages young&nbsp;people to develop their strengths, explore future pathways, and transition into adulthood,&nbsp;employment, further education, and community participation.</p> <p>Our campuses offer tailored programs that integrate wellbeing and education, ensuring young people&nbsp;receive the support they need to thrive. We work closely with families, community organisations, and&nbsp;support services to provide wraparound care that addresses both educational and personal&nbsp;development needs.</p> <p><br><strong>Our Young People</strong></p> <p>Young people come from diverse backgrounds and often face a significant and complex range of&nbsp;educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal barriers to learning which require unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation By Principles framework, which&nbsp;combines education with an understanding of trauma-informed practices.&nbsp;We recognise that each young person’s journey is unique.
