<p>Applications are invited for an Ongoing position as Maintenance &amp; Facilities Manager. The successful applicant will be the team leader in charge of our cleaning &amp; maintenance team and will be full time (38 hours per week).&nbsp;We will be looking for this person to commence as soon as possible.</p> <p>A copy of the full role description is available on our school website, under the employment tab, The job will involve managing and performing routine maintenance of the school property and the school grounds, including general landscaping improvements.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will possess the skills and abilities necessary for this position, will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and have the ability to work unsupervised.</p> <p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022 as a School Services Officer, Category A, with pay level dependent on qualifications and skill level.</p> <p>The successful applicant will hold a current Working With Children Check and will need to commit to undergo a National Police Record Check.</p>
