However, our distinctive structure enables us to develop and support smaller caring communities of staff and families united by Christian vision, mission and values.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The Head of Junior School is a member of the School Executive, who collectively provide the strategic direction and leadership across Trinity Christian School in a manner that is God honouring and consistent with the School’s vision to provide a Christ-centred education in a learning community of Love, Nurture and Service.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Head of Junior School has responsibility for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Junior School within a Biblical framework. They provide leadership to the Junior School staff including the Wellbeing Coordinator, Learning and Teaching Coordinator, Studies Coordinator and the various Team Leaders. The Head of Junior School may represent the Principal in special circumstances.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role has responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of a rich and invigorating Christian learning and academic care experience for students in the Junior School.
