This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day operational maintenance work with team leadership and coordination. We're seeking someone who enjoys being actively involved in the work while also guiding a small, supportive Property Team to ensure the College is well maintained, presented to a high standard, and compliant with all relevant requirements.</p> <p><strong>Desirable Experience and Qualifications:</strong><br> The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and hold a relevant trade qualification.
