Oakhill College is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead & manage the College’s property and maintenance operations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends daily maintenance responsibilities with leadership & coordination of a skilled team. <p>Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School conducted in the Lasallian tradition, with an enrolment of 2,250 students, boys Years 7 to 10, co-educational in Years 11 and 12. <p><strong>Property Manager</strong></p>
<p>We are looking to appoint a skilled and practical <strong>Property Manager</strong> to oversee the property and maintenance services across the College. This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day operational maintenance work with team leadership and coordination. We're seeking someone who enjoys being actively involved in the work while also guiding a small, supportive Property Team to ensure the College is well maintained, presented to a high standard, and compliant with all relevant requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Desirable Experience and Qualifications:</strong><br>
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and hold a relevant trade qualification. Additional qualifications in management or a degree in Property or Asset Management are not required but would be considered an advantage.</p>
<p>Qualifications and/or training may include, but are not limited to:<br>
• A trade qualification in building, electrical, plumbing, or a related field;<br>
• Experience as a building manager, site supervisor, or foreman, particularly within large-scale building projects or facilities;<br>
• Supervisory or management training undertaken through employment (e.g. as a building manager, supervisor, or foreman on major construction sites), or a formal qualification such as a degree in Property or Asset Management (desirable but not essential).</p>
