We are currently seeking a full-time teacher for our Design and Wood Technology and Visual Communication and Design classes. Years 7 to 12.

MACS is the employer of the employees at Emmaus College</p> <p><i>We are currently seeking a full-time teacher for our Design and Wood Technology and Visual Communication and Design classes. Years 7 to 12.</i></p> <p>Candidates must have the ability to plan, work and learn in a team environment. They must also have excellent classroom management skills and have a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and contemporary pedagogy.</p> <p>Job description:</p> <ul> <li>Teaching Design and Wood Technology, Visual Communication and Design for Years 7 to 12.</li> </ul> <p>Skills/Experience required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification.</li> <li>A strong commitment to Catholic education.</li> <li>An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.</li> <li>An ability to create an engaging, educational, and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students.</li> <li>An eagerness to learn.</li> <li>An enthusiasm to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning.</li> </ul> <p>Special Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Emmaus promotes the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children; therefore, the successful applicant must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to providing a safe environment for children.</li> <li>The successful applicant will hold the Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.</li> <li>Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.</li> <li>Contact details of two referees.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Please apply via our College website.&nbsp;</p> <p>Note: MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care.
