<p><strong>Location: Wetherill Park, Australia</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>As&nbsp;Leader of Learning &amp; Wellbeing (Leadership Level 1) you will collaborate with a team of specialists including teachers, teacher's aides, school therapists, coordinators, administrators and other Aspect staff to&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;our evidence-informed, student focused&nbsp;autism-specific approach - the Aspect Approach. Use a person-centred and family-focused approach to ensure the&nbsp;delivery of&nbsp;quality educational standards. As a core member of the school's Learning Support Team (LST), you will lead and supervise the teaching team and partner parents, carers, and other members of the school community. Our dedicated Educators are transforming the landscape of autism education, paving the way for brighter futures and boundless opportunities for our students.</p> <p><strong>About the School:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Aspect Western Sydney&nbsp;School&nbsp;provides placement for approximately&nbsp;140 students on the autism spectrum&nbsp;from Kindergarten to year 12.
