This role will lead the direction of curriculum and pedagogy for all primary schools within the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle. With direct responsibility for Early Learning and Digital Learning, the role will also be required to collaborate with all CSO teams to ensure holistic learning experiences across all key learning areas (KLAs), integrating contemporary educational research, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning.&nbsp;<br><br> This role will drive the effective delivery of curriculum strategies that nurture the intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional development of students, ensuring they are engaged, reflective, and well-prepared for future learning. You will ensure there is compliance over curriculum validation and monitor schools' application of curriculum to support educational outcomes for students. Your work will contribute to the formation of young learners who are not only academically equipped but also grounded in Catholic values, ready to contribute to society as compassionate, ethical, and informed individuals.</p>
