Aspire9 Campus Leader - POL 1 - Rosebud Campus Padua College is a thriving Catholic Secondary School on the Mornington Peninsula, with 2500 students across four campuses. <p>Applications are sought for the position of Aspire9 Campus Leader for the period 21 July 2025 - 26 January 2027. This is attached to a teaching position.</p> <p><strong>Padua College</strong> provides a contemporary Catholic secondary co-education for young people within the regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay. Our College was founded by the Sisters of Mercy and is named after St Anthony of Padua. In partnership with our students, staff, parents, parishes and the wider community, Padua College gives witness to the Christian faith in our Catholic tradition. The program has been developed to foster a range of 21st century skills including innovation, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity. It is an inclusive program that engages and extends all students.</p> <p>The <i>Aspire9&nbsp;</i>Campus Leader will assist the Director of <i>Aspire9&nbsp;</i>in leading the staff and students involved in the <i>Aspire9&nbsp;</i>Program at each Campus. The <i>Aspire9&nbsp;</i>Program Campus Leader is a key member of the<i> Aspire9&nbsp;</i>Team under the direction of the Director of <i>Aspire9&nbsp;</i>and reports directly to the Director of <i>Aspire9</i>.</p> <p><strong>MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY</strong></p> <p>The responsibilities of the <i>Aspire9&nbsp;</i>Program Campus Leader include but are not limited to:</p> <ol> <li>In conjunction with the Director of <i>Aspire9</i>, overseeing the delivery of the learning and teaching program at <i>Aspire9,</i> including Focus Weeks and the Day 8 curriculum;&nbsp;</li> <li>monitoring the delivery of the program on Campus to ensure an exemplary pedagogy that engages students in rigorous and relevant learning experiences that enhance their opportunities for success;</li> <li>guiding and supporting staff and students to create a learning environment and campus culture that promotes the objectives of the <i>Aspire9</i> Program;</li> <li>assisting the Director of <i>Aspire9</i> to undertake the duties required to effectively manage and administer the <i>Aspire9</i> Program on the campus; and</li> <li>performing other day-to-day duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal and/or members of the College Improvement Team.</li> </ol> <p><strong>SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $78,801.00 - $116,894.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation. POL 1 is $3,102.00 per annum.</strong></p>
