With campuses in Tarneit and Mambourin, the College fosters a supportive and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Enrichment Teacher for our Junior/Primary Years for our Tarneit Campus.</p> <p>The Learning Enrichment Teacher will work collaboratively alongside classroom teachers to model, lead and support the implementation of exemplary literacy and numeracy programs in the primary or secondary years of schooling.</p> <p>The Learning Enrichment Teacher will provide support and guidance to staff in the development and implementation of appropriate programs that support the learning and behavior needs of students with specific learning difficulties and for students with high intellectual potential.</p> <p><strong>Selection Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Teacher’s registration to teach in Victoria</li> <li>Qualifications supporting, and experience in, teaching the relevant subjects</li> <li>Commitment to the Christian Ethos of the College</li> <li>Have excellent relationship and communication skills</li> <li>Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Recruitment Process</strong></p> <p>All selected applications will go through a background checking process which includes reference checks screening and other relevant regulatory checks</p> <p>The Recruitment Process</p> <p>All applications will go through a shortlisting stage, after which all suitable applications will be progressed to the interview stage.
