<p>Guilford Young College is a Year 11 and 12 Co-educational Catholic College based on two campuses - Hobart and Glenorchy. The ICT Support officer is responsible for providing hands-on, day to day technical support to staff and students at their assigned campus. This includes ensuring the reliable operation of school-owned devices and other equipment used in teaching and administration. The role supports students in a BYOD environment and assists with device deployment, application rollout, and technical problem resolution. The ICT Support Officer also performs basic I.T administration tasks such as managing user accounts, updating system settings, and supporting cloud-based platforms like Microsoft 365.
