We are looking for a passionate leader with a heart for faith and a drive for excellence to join our vibrant Catholic primary school community as our next Wellbeing Leader. At St Dominic's we pride ourselves on fostering a sense of belonging for all students, families and staff where strong relationships form the foundation for all learning.

<p><u>The Position:</u></p> <p>The position is three days a week, with the successful applicant forming a critical part our dynamic and dedicated School Leadership team. &nbsp;</p> <p>The position is advertised as a three-year appointment whereby the position will be re-advertised, with the applicant being able to reapply if needed.</p> <p><u>The Opportunity:</u><br> As Wellbeing Leader, you will:</p> <p>Collaborate closely with the Principal and Deputy Principal to shape and implement a cohesive and comprehensive wellbeing curriculum.</p> <p>Coordinate the whole-school implementation of RRRR as a Lead School facilitator</p> <p>Coordinate the Wellbeing team, liaising with the School Counsellor and MHiPS Leader</p> <p>Coordinate the Transitions program for all High school transitions and incoming Prep students</p> <p>Actively contribute to the formation of the school's FIRE Carrier implementation&nbsp;</p> <p>Champion student wellbeing, child safety and academic excellence, ensuring a holistic approach to education.</p> <p>Engage with our school community, strengthening partnerships with families and parish to enrich the educational experience.</p> <p><u>What We’re Looking For:</u></p> <p>A committed Catholic educational leader with a deep understanding of and alignment with the ethos and identity of Catholic education.</p> <p>Proven leadership experience in curriculum development, social-emotional learning and wellbeing initiatives.</p> <p>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead others.</p> <p>A visionary leader ready to make a lasting impact on our school community.</p> <p>Accreditation to Teach and Lead in a Catholic school&nbsp;</p> <p>Masters in Wellbeing (or actively working towards this)<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><u>Why Join Us?</u></p> <p>Be part of a supportive and faith-filled community committed to educational excellence.</p> <p>Opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that shape the future for our students.</p> <p>Engage in ongoing professional development within a collaborative environment.</p> <p>Be part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>Contact: Ms Katie Broadbent<br> Email: <a href="mailto:principal@sdbroadmeadows.catholic.edu.au?subject=Wellbeing%20Leader%20position%20%28via%20Teachers%20On%20Net%29">principal@sdbroadmeadows.catholic.edu.au</a><br> Phone: (03) 9309 4146</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
