Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking dynamic and experienced Catholic educational leaders to guide an enhanced learning environment for our school Leadership teams in the north of Tasmania.

<p>Based in beautiful Tasmania, Australia, Catholic Education Tasmania is a community of 38 schools and colleges servicing over 17,000 students. Operating under the Archbishop’s Charter for Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Tasmania is committed to the formation of the whole person (intellectually, physically, morally, and spiritually) in light of the destiny that Jesus Christ has prepared for each of us.</p>
<p>Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking dynamic and experienced Catholic educational leaders to guide an enhanced learning environment for all students and to be a part of shaping our strategic goal ‘To be the most improved Education system in Australia’. </p>
<p>Whilst individual roles will consist of requisite education leadership accountabilities the successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>active and regular involvement in Sunday worship and sacramental life</li>
<li>an explicit commitment to faith, and well-developed capacity to take forward the mission of the Catholic Church through the school and community</li>
<li>successful educational leadership experience as a school Principal level or higher</li>
<li>an ability to plan, think and act strategically and manage projects and deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget</li>
<li>a high level of emotional maturity/intelligence and the ability to lead from a range of positions/situations, including complex decision making and the ability to make sound judgements.</li>
<li>a successful performance history of nurturing excellence in teachers to enrich social and emotional wellbeing, student learning and enhance educational expectations and outcomes</li>
<li>strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence and self-efficacy to drive an educational environment, inspired by faith, where staff and students flourish</li>
