We are seeking an experienced and passionate IB Teacher and IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to join our outstanding team.

We are committed to providing our staff with opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.</p> <p>The IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic leadership, academic management, and operational delivery of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at St Peter’s Girls’ School.</p> <p>Working closely with the Principal, Director of Teaching and Learning, Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Faculty, the IBDP Coordinator oversees all aspects of the IB Diploma, ensuring the highest standards of academic quality, compliance, student support and professional development across the Programme. This role requires high-level leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational capacity, and a passion for the IB philosophy and international education.</p> <p>This is a permanent full-time teaching position with a 5-year leadership tenure as IB Diploma Programme Coordinator commencing in Term 1, 2026.
