This position oversees all matters that relate to the day to day staffing of classes and co-curricular events, the replacement of absent staff, and is both responsible for and reports on this and related issues to the Director of Operations & Co Curricular events. The role also provides administrative support to update and maintain the VASS database including the input of data.

<p><strong>&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the role include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Overseeing the allocation of replacement staff to cover absences in the area of classes and supervision in conjunction with the College Timetabler. Engagement of emergency teachers for this purpose to be in accord with guidelines established by the College Leadership Team.&nbsp;</li> <li>Consulting with the Director of Operations&nbsp;when planning activities, camps, retreats and inservices which would involve alteration to the regular timetable.</li> <li>Liaising with the&nbsp;Director of Operations&nbsp;in the preparation of special College events.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the VCE Co-ordinator</li> <li>Update and maintain the VASS database including the input of data</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated administration and organisational skills required to plan and manage the operations of a large secondary College</li> <li>Understanding of the operation of a school timetable and familiarity with timetabling software.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability work with a team of staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience within a Catholic or similar educational organisation</li> <li>Current Working with Children's</li> </ul> <p>Please visit the College website to complete the online application by clicking on the "Apply Now' button. &nbsp;A copy of the Position Description is available on the College website</p> <p>Applications close 4.00 pm 18 June 2025. &nbsp;This position will close earlier if a suitable candidate is appointed.</p> <p>The College promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children and young people.</p>
