(<strong>Take Home More, Pay Less Tax</strong> – Thanks to Our Charity Status)</p> <p>Outstanding mentoring and professional development is provided.&nbsp;</p> <p>We offer very competitive salaries and great working conditions. &nbsp;</p> <p>Free onsite car-parking at our doorstep.</p> <p>Amazing Employee Assistance Program to support all staff and their families.&nbsp;</p> <p>The opportunities for career development are endless!</p> <p>Fitness Passport available to all employees.</p> <p><strong>Selection Criteria –Teacher:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Demonstrate a flexible and highly engaging teaching approach with an emphasis on building relationships with challenging students to achieve academic outcomes.</li> <li>Experience and knowledge of The Australian Curriculum.</li> <li>Practical knowledge and understanding of the NCCD/EAP process and its implementation within the classroom (or a willingness to learn)</li> <li>Current full teaching/provisional registration with Queensland College of Teachers or an ability to gain registration in Queensland.</li> <li>Experience teaching and/or working with young people at-risk and students with disabilities.</li> <li>Understanding of social and emotional learning in a Secondary School context.</li> <li>Workplace resilience and an ability to work under pressure.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p> <p>Applicants are to supply their&nbsp;resume and&nbsp;in a covering letter, responses to the selection criteria above, along with details of two professional referees.
