Whitefriars College is a Catholic boys school in the Carmelite tradition. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused Admissions Coordinator to join the College.

The Admissions Coordinator shall be responsible to the Deputy Principal - Staff through the Director – Community Relations and Admissions, is responsible for promoting the College, managing the enrolment process, and fostering strong relationships with prospective families and the wider school community. The Admissions Coordinator is expected to perform duties with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgement, and independently set work priorities in accordance with established procedures and operational requirements.

This role ensures a high-quality experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment and transition. The Admissions Coordinator also supports key College events—including Open Day, Open Morning Tours and other recruitment and community engagement activities to enhance connection with both prospective and current members of the Whitefriars community.

This is an ongoing part time (0.60FTE) position.

It is expected of all employed at Whitefriars College that they accept and support the ethos of the Carmelite order, and activities directed at the broader aims of the College.
