<p><strong>Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College is an independent school for girls in years 7 - 12. Heritage buildings and landscaped grounds provide an attractive educational environment.</strong></p> <p>COLLEGE REGISTRAR</p> <p>An outstanding full time, permanent opportunity working five days per week, has become available for a suitably qualified <strong>College Registrar</strong>&nbsp;to join the College. This position has responsibility for coordinating all enrolment and admission procedures of new students and their families as well as maintaining records of existing students.</p> <p>In this role you will be working closely with the Director Development and Community Relations and the Development Office team as well as the broader College community.&nbsp;</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Coordination and management of the enrolment process for all new students including main Year 7 intake each year as well as students in other year groups</li> <li>Managing the enrolment system including scholarships and bursaries</li> <li>Coordinating orientation activities for new students</li> <li>Maintaining accurate student records and database system</li> <li>Organising and conducting College tours and information sessions</li> <li>Attending and supporting Open Day in conjunction with the Development Office team</li> <li>Other duties as required</li> </ul> <p>The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly-organised with a high level of attention to detail.
