Located in Lane Cove, Sydney, Cameraygal Country, this leading independent school delivers a holistic education to both day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12.</p> <p>The College is currently seeking applications for an ongoing, full-time (1.0 FTE) position Administration Assistant – Teaching &amp; Learning. The applicant will be responsible for providing quality professional and administrative support to the Dean of Teaching and Learning in areas such as reporting, recruitment and events. The Assistant is also a member of the Administration team, the function of which is to deliver a broad range of services to support the educational mission of the College</p> <p>&nbsp;The successful applicant will have:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Ability to manage several independent projects at the same time.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to new situations, ideas and innovative practices.</li> <li>Highly developed and respectful communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and clear understanding of privacy laws.</li> <li>Highly developed client service skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.</li> <li>Willingness to provide support to the broader administration team.</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to consistently maintain a positive attitude.</li> <li>Ability to manage upward as required and demonstrate solid problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Highly skilled in the use of the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite, particularly Excel.</li> <li>Experience in database management, preferably school management systems such as Synergetic.</li> </ul>
