This full-time term block position is ideal for an educator with experience teaching Science, particularly at Stages 4-5, who is seeking a short-term teaching opportunity. The successful applicant will have a proven ability to deliver syllabus-aligned lessons and provide timely, constructive feedback to foster student reflection and improvement.<br><br>
The primary purpose of this role is to nurture the gifts and talents of each student ensuring that our Catholic practices and Mercy Values underpin all aspects of life in the school. <br>

<p><br><strong>What are we looking for?</strong><br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant tertiary qualifications to teach Science in NSW.</li>
<li>Experience in teaching Stages 4 - 5 Science.</li>
<li>Capacity to critically reflect and adjust teaching practice to improve learning outcomes.</li>
<li>Capacity to establish a supportive environment conducive to effective student learning.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, administrative, organisational and collaborative working skills.</li>
<li>Flexibility and adaptability to the teaching requirements of the College.</li>
<li>Willingness to actively support and participate in the life of the College, and the Catholic mission and Mercy values of the College.</li>
<li>Willingness to participate in the co-curricular life of the College (noting that there are no regular weekend sporting commitments).</li>
<li>Hold a current Working with Children Check number.</li>
<li>Have appropriate NESA accreditation.</li>
