<p>We're looking for a committed and compassionate Educational & Developmental Psychologist or Senior Social Worker to join the Wellbeing & Engagement Team at MacKillop Education's Specialist School P–12 – a vibrant learning community grounded in Catholic ethos and values. Reporting directly to the Principal, you'll be part of a team that believes in the transformative power of education to unlock every student’s potential.</p>

<p><strong>Key Selection Criteria:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will have:</p>
<ul>
<li> A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.</li>
<li>Practice knowledge relevant to working with students and families who have experienced complex trauma, and the ability to provide therapeutic assessments and trauma informed interventions.</li>
<li> A well-developed understanding of social/emotional and cognitive disabilities and an ability to assist others to understand their associated implications. </li>
