We are currently seeking an innovative and enthusiastic teacher to join our Junior Campus Teaching Team from Term 4, 2025 for a 12-month Maternity Leave position. Knowledge and experience of, or a willingness to train in, the Spalding Method would be an advantage, as would a passion for Science and Mathematics.

The successful candidate must have a commitment to academic excellence and be able to demonstrate their capacity to deliver a rigorous academic program. Knowledge and experience of, or a willingness to train in, the Spalding Method would be an advantage.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be expected to possess and provide extensive experience in:</p> <ul> <li>integrating coherent learning experiences across the KLAs</li> <li>integrating technology across the curriculum to inspire and enrich learning</li> <li>using data to identify and meet the learning needs of individual learners and support the next stages in learning development</li> <li>managing groups and individual students to achieve the best possible learning outcomes for all</li> <li>demonstrating flexibility and willingness to adapt or improvise</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate will possess the following core competencies:</p> <ul> <li>excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>motivation, dedication and enthusiasm for learning</li> <li>positivity and a high level of emotional intelligence</li> <li>professional presentation and conduct</li> <li>a strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively</li> <li>willingness to actively support the Orthodox ethos of the school</li> </ul>
