<p>St Thomas the Apostle School is seeking a part time Learning Support Officer for a position across four days, from 8.50am-3.20pm for the remainder of 2025 (this is approximately 24 hours) with the possibility of employment in 2026.</p> <ul> <li>Applicants for this position should demonstrate:</li> <li>a commitment to Catholic Education and the wellbeing and safety of students</li> <li>a commitment to the Child Safe policy of the school</li> <li> <p>the ability to work closely with others .</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></li> <li>The successful applicant will:</li> <li>assist students either individually or in a group</li> <li>demonstarte initiative, enthusiasm and contribute to the life of the school community</li> <li>provide physical, social and emotional care for students</li> <li>liaise regularly with teaching staff with regard to student needs</li> <li>be flexible in dealing with the changing, challenging and diverse needs of individual special needs students</li> <li>have a current Working with Children Check</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
