This position oversees inclusive education programs, coordinates targeted interventions, and ensures curriculum adjustments and accommodations are effectively implemented to meet diverse student needs. Working in partnership with students, families, teachers, support staff, and school leaders, the Coordinator promotes equitable access to learning and supports student growth. The role also involves guiding staff in evidence-based practices aligned with the Catalyst framework, leading professional learning to build school-wide capacity, managing Individual Plans (IPs), and contributing to case management.
