Saint Ignatius' College Riverview is seeking applications for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Regis Campus. This is an ongoing part-time, stand-down role, working 2 days a week.

<p>Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview is a Catholic boys’ school in the Jesuit tradition. Located in Lane Cove, Sydney, Cammeraigal Country, this leading independent school delivers a holistic education to both day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12.</p> <p>The College is inviting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant for our Regis Campus (Years 5-6).&nbsp; This is an ongoing, part-time, stand-down position - 2 days a week.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role provides professional and administrative support to the Director of Regis and staff. &nbsp;This Administrative Assistant role is also a part of the greater Administration team at the College and contributes to delivering a wide range of services that align with the College's educational mission.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an ideal role for a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional.&nbsp; The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team with staff benefits such as subsidised lunch (during term time).</p> <p>The successful applicant will have:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a similar administrative role, with experience in the education sector highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong focus on customer service combined with a well-developed sense of responsibility and initiative.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and set priorities with attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to new situations, ideas and innovative practices.</li> <li>Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with students, staff, parents and outside agencies.</li> <li>Ability to operate with discretion, respect and trust whilst also maintaining confidentiality.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively.</li> <li>Ability to consistently maintain a positive attitude.</li> <li>Solid problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Skilled in the use of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite, particularly Excel.</li> <li>Experience in database management, preferably school management systems such as Synergetic.</li> <li>A current Working with Children Check (or be prepared to obtain one prior to commencement) and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
