People and Culture Recruitment Coordinator

It's an exciting time to join Saints College as we experience a period of growth. We are looking for a full time People and Culture Recruitment Coordinator. You will be employed on an ongoing basis and will be employed under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.
<p>We are looking for an experienced P&C Recruitment Coordinator to join our newly established team. </p>
<p>The People and Culture Recruitment Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and delivering the recruitment function, however, will also provide support across a range of other P&C activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the employee life cycle. </p>
<p>This includes recruitment, administration, employee records and contract administration, position description development and supporting the People and Culture team with projects and other initiatives as they arise. </p>
<p>The role will involve developing, reviewing and implementing processes and systems to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department to meet our administrative, regulatory and compliance obligations, creating improved service and response times, to ensure an excellent staff experience. </p>
<p>You will be employed as an ongoing full-time Category A Level 3 Education Support Employee, under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022. The salary range for this role is $81,334 to $92,158 (depending on education and experience). </p>
<p><strong>You will need </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal and Honesty. </li>
<li>Hold a valid Working with Children Check or have the ability to obtain, and a National Police Check certificate (issued within the last six months), or hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration. </li>
<li>Hold appropriate Australian Work Rights. </li>
<li>Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive school vehicles when required. </li>
</ul>
<p> Experience: </p>
<ul>
<li>2 years of experience in a similar role </li>
<li>Knowledge and experience of recruitment practices </li>
<li>Experience using applicant tracking systems or HR information systems for recruitment </li>
<li>Experience in a school environment would be advantageous </li>
</ul>
<p>Key Skills: </p>
<ul>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills. </li>
<li>Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships, with managers and key stakeholders. </li>
<li>Excellent planning skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. </li>
<li>Attention to detail, with accuracy and thoroughness to ensure processes are followed and compliance achieved. </li>
<li>Ensuring all records, contracts, and policies are accurate, complete and compliant. </li>
<li>Understanding HR best practice recruitment and trends and the ability to implement policy and procedures effectively. </li>
<li>Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the recruitment process. </li>
<li>Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee data, compensation details and HR related information. </li>
</ul>
