<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.<br>
• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction that motivates students.<br>
• Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.<br>
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe and respected.<br>
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects and share teaching strategies.<br>
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance data.<br>
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities.<br>

<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements:</strong><br>
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or relevant subject area with teaching certification.<br>
• Current VIT registration<br>
• Proven experience in teaching the specified subject to students of varying abilities.<br>
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.<br>
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.<br>
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.<br>
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.<br>
• Passion for education and dedication to fostering student growth and achievement.<br>
• Commitment to child safety.<br>
• Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement.</p>
