Foster a love of the humanities in students and lead a dedicated team! We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic individual for the Humanities Learning Leader within our Leadership team.

<p>In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative programs that enhance the learning experience of our students while inspiring them to engage critically with literature, history, philosophy, and the arts.</p> <p>With a focus on cultivating an inclusive and engaging environment, you’ll collaborate with fellow learning leaders, staff, and the broader community to encourage interdisciplinary approaches that value diverse perspectives and promote critical thinking. As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring educators, overseeing curriculum development, and ensuring high standards of academic excellence. Your passion for the humanities and commitment to education will directly impact our students’ intellectual growth and personal development.&nbsp;</p> <p>Join us in our mission to empower the next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders through the transformative power of the humanities. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of our students and the wider community, as we emphasise the importance of understanding and appreciating the rich tapestry of human experience through the study of humanities.</p> <p><strong>To be successful you will have qualifications in teaching and be currently registered with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
