<p>St Martin of Tours Primary School in Rosanna requires a leader with a passion in the area of Learning Diversity. There are seven members on the Leadership Team, including the Learning Diversity Leader. We have three classes at each level across the school.&nbsp;</p> <p>St Martin's prides itself on ensuring each child is supported and challenged in their learning.&nbsp;Our community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will need to:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of a Catholic school&nbsp;</li> <li>Be aware of the MACS 2030 Vision and 'Vision for Learning' framework</li> <li>Have knowledge of Explicit Instruction and of the Victorian Curriculum 2.0&nbsp;</li> <li>Have a deep understanding of assessment tools and analysis of these</li> <li>Work collaboratively as part of the Leadership Team</li> <li>Lead staff in supporting and extending their students</li> <li>Lead staff in writing PLPs with SMART goals, and in keeping required documentation records for NCCD</li> <li>Foster and develop professional relationships with students, staff and parents</li> <li>Work collaboratively with MACS staff and external allied health professionals, as required&nbsp;</li> <li>Be open to feedback and view themselves as a lifelong learner&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Special requirements:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Hold a current VIT Registration&nbsp;</li> <li>Accreditation to teach Religious Education (or willing to gain Accreditation)</li> </ul>
