The role is responsible for maintaining a culture of excellence within the faculty, where all teachers and students are challenged and supported to achieve their personal best. Working closely with key stakeholders, the role ensures the successful implementation of the new syllabus, that teaching and learning always reflect best practices, and that key areas for continuous improvement are identified and successfully managed.
