At present, we are inviting expressions of interest for Permanent Full-Time Secondary School Teachers to commence at the beginning of 2026.
<p>Kincoppal-Rose Bay School of the Sacred Heart, founded in 1882, is a leading Catholic Independent Day and Boarding School located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The School is co-educational ELC-6, and girls only 7-12.</p>
<p>We invite expressions of interest for <strong>Permanent Full-Time Secondary School Teachers </strong>to commence at the <strong>beginning of 2026.</strong> </p>
<p>Yes, you read that right – 2026! Although we are still at the beginning of Term 2, we have commenced our recruitment campaign for 2026. This is your sign to express an interest in joining our wonderful school and contribute to our future direction and success. We will be using applications received from this campaign throughout the year; so even if you are unsure at this stage of where you want to be in 2026, we encourage you to express an interest (in confidence). </p>
<p>Express your interest if you are experienced in teaching one or more of the following: </p>

<li>Mathematics </li>
<li>Religious Education </li>
<li>HSIE subjects: Geography, Business Studies, Economics, Legal Studies </li>
<li>Science subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Junior Science/ Science Extension </li>
<li>Cambridge courses, including Global Perspectives, Marine Science</li>
<li>TAS subjects including Software Design and Development, Design and Technology, Textiles and Design </li>
<li>PDHPE </li>
<li>Music </li>
<li>Visual Arts </li>
<li>Languages - French and Chinese</li>
</ul>
<p><i>*Saturday sports attendance is not a requirement of the roles </i> </p>

<li>Tertiary qualified and accredited to teach in NSW, with proven teaching experience. </li>
<li>Prepared to support the ethos of a Sacred Heart education and be an active and visible participant in the dynamic life of our school. </li>
<li>Strong understanding of your subject/s areas and are a lifelong learner. </li>
<li>Commitment to plan and deliver each lesson to the best of your ability, ensuring that you are implementing effective teaching and learning strategies </li>
<li>Ability to create and maintain an effective learning environment, where you believe in the importance of and are committed to facilitating both the personal and academic growth of our students. </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to differentiate assessment practices, use data, and provide constructive feedback, so that all students have individualized learning experiences, challenges, and growth. This is an area of focus at KRB. </li>
<li>Strong demonstrated competency in building effective working relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. </li>
