Educational Data Specialist – POL 3</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drives whole-school data literacy and supports strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborates with College leaders to analyse and apply student learning data.</li> <li>Supports teacher capacity building and family engagement with learning analytics.</li> <li>POL Allowance: $9,629</li> <li>Time Release: 12 periods per week</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Transdisciplinary Learning Specialist – POL 2</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads development of integrated, cross-disciplinary learning experiences.</li> <li>Builds teacher capacity to deliver rich, real-world learning aligned with IB MYP.</li> <li>Cultivates external partnerships to extend learning beyond the classroom.</li> <li>POL Allowance: $6,326</li> <li>Time Release: 8 periods per week</li> </ul> <p><strong>3.
