<p>St Michael's Lutheran Primary School is an inclusive, dynamic primary school located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in the village of Hahndorf.&nbsp; We are a faith filled community who are excited to be broadening our educational offering through the establishment of an Early Learning Centre.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Early Learning for an ongoing permanent position in our brand new Early Learning Centre, due to open early in 2026.</p> <p>The successful candidate will work with the Principal prior to the ELC opening, to develop pedagogy, policies, secure enrolments, develop processes and set up the environment ready for learning to begin early in 2026.</p> <p>The successful applicant will have a key role to play in the selection of staff, development of culture and establishment of learning pedagogy. &nbsp;They will have a unique opportunity to create a exciting, wondrous and safe learning environment from the ground up.</p> <p>Further information about this ongoing role can be found in the Position Description.</p> <p>We invite experienced, passionate and energetic leaders to apply.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
