<p>St Laurence's College is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition with an enrolment of approximately 2,000 boys from Years 5-12.</p> <p>Applications are invited for the above permanent, full-time Position commencing as soon as possible (or in line with notice requirements).</p> <p>This position manages all Facilities and Maintenance functions at the College. The Director of Facilities will liaise with the Maintenance Supervisors who supervise the Maintenance team and manage the College’s Day to day operations. The Director of Facilities is to assist the Dean of Business Operations and IT in the oversight of strategic initiatives related to Facilities and Maintenance to support efficient College operations.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Director of Facilities is to provide leadership to staff involved in the management and operation of the College’s facilities including capital and minor works, building facilities and grounds, contract services and maintenance. To operate, maintain and enhance the buildings owned by the College and to ensure the provision of physical facilities services, planning and project management.&nbsp;</p> <p>The goal is to ensure Maintenance systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the College.</p> <p>Note: All applicants will be subject to EREA and legislative screening procedures and will be required to authorise such checks and provide identification.
