<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>Part time position (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week)</p>
<p>Working Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (7.5 hours per day)</p>
<p>Initial 6-month probationary period </p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Developing supportive relationships between students, staff and parents</li>
<li>Running and supporting social and emotional wellbeing programs</li>
<li>Liaising with families and students</li>
<li>Involvement in Chapel services</li>
<li>Supporting whole school events including camps and carnivals</li>
<li>Maintaining duty of care for students</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong commitment to Christian faith and values</li>
<li>Support for the school's Creationist viewpoint</li>
<li>Ability to work within the Armadale Congregational Church's Statement of Faith</li>
<li>Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children Check</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and pastoral care skills</li>
