<p>Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) invites applications from faith-led and future-focused educators to lead St Joseph’s Primary School, Benalla, a dynamic Catholic primary school situated in the beautiful Hume region of North East Victoria. </p>
<p>With 390 students, St Joseph’s is a large, well-respected primary school with a strong reputation for pastoral care, student engagement, and academic achievement. The school nurtures every learner through a commitment to Catholic identity, inclusive practices, and academic growth. </p>
<p>The successful applicant will join a dedicated team of staff and a supportive parish and parent community, working together with CESL to ensure every child is known, valued, and inspired to reach their potential. </p>

<p><strong>About You </strong></p>
<p>You are a relational and visionary educator, grounded in faith and committed to Catholic education. You bring: </p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated leadership experience in a Catholic school setting </li>
<li>Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Lead in a Catholic School </li>
<li>Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or eligibility to register) </li>
<li>Strong communication, team-building and strategic leadership capabilities </li>
<li>A Master’s degree in education or related field (or commitment to commence) </li>
