<p><strong>An Innovative Co-Educational Primary School of the Lutheran Church of Australia</strong></p> <p><strong>Serving 700 students from ELC to Year 6</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Casual Early Childhood Workers/Co-educators - Early Learning Centre</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>A number of casual opportunities exist in our Early Learning Centre (ELC) for Co-educators who are passionate about supporting the educational needs of children aged 3 - 5 years.&nbsp;</p> <p>A Co-educator needs knowledge and experience in taking an active role alongside an Early Years teacher to plan, implement and assess a program to meet children’s needs and interests.</p> <p><br> The ideal candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>have completed or working towards a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education</li> <li>have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and play-based pedagogy</li> <li>be a passionate and dedicated Co-educator with a growth mindset&nbsp;</li> <li>work within school and ELC policies, regulations and expectations as outlined in school documents</li> <li>develop and maintain supportive and caring relationships with children within an inclusive environment</li> <li>foster child agency through inquiry following the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><br> For more information including the Job Description and How to Apply please refer to the website www.immanuelps.sa.edu.au/immanuel/people/careers/<br><br> &nbsp;</p> <p>Applications close on Monday 26th May at 5pm.</p>
