The role enables our students to be supported and develop a resilience to help them cope with difficulties they face.&nbsp;</p> <p>​As a Counsellor with Victory, you will be engaging and contributing to our diverse Victory community on a daily basis, with your can-do attitude. You will empower students towards their true potential, while exploring their creativity and helping them flourish.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a Counselling (or similar) role, within a school environment would be an advantage.
