Committed to growth, the College offers its &nbsp;ongoing development opportunities and workplace flexibility.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Victory are inviting applications from passionate and committed Counsellors to join our College Community in semester 2 of 2025.&nbsp;</p> <p>The College Counsellor (known internally as the Wellbeing Mentor) provides a professional and confidential counselling service to Victory Lutheran College students, and where appropriate staff and families, to promote emotional health and well-being. The role enables our students to be supported and develop a resilience to help them cope with difficulties they face.&nbsp;</p> <p>​As a Counsellor with Victory, you will be engaging and contributing to our diverse Victory community on a daily basis, with your can-do attitude. You will empower students towards their true potential, while exploring their creativity and helping them flourish.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a Counselling (or similar) role, within a school environment would be an advantage.
