<p><strong>Overview of the Enrolment/Registrar’s role </strong></p>
<p>The College Registrar is responsible for managing and administering student enrolment applications and admission processes with the goal of ensuring full enrolment for the College. To meet this objective the Registrar will be actively involved in the promotion of the College and will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enrolment enquiries, applications and confirmations, as well as management of waiting lists. The Registrar will also manage student withdrawals, extended leave applications and will monitor student attendance.</p>
<p>The College Registrar is the first point of contact the prospective parent and student has with the College, therefore must maintain a professional and friendly manner, efficient and timely communication are integral in influencing parents’ and students’ impressions about the College as their preferred education provider.</p>
<p>The role requires a customer-focused professional known for their friendly and polite demeanour, strong and demonstrated customer service ethos, attention to detail, execution, and energy. You must be highly organised and capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You must also be able to communicate with parents and community patrons from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>
<p>Indications that this job is being done successfully would include: </p>
<ul>
<li>Reaching appropriate student enrolment targets in both our Rossmore and Rooty Hill campuses</li>
<li>Ensuring the timely and accurate processing and managing of enrolments, including all documentation and communications associated with prospective students </li>
<li>Maintaining current enrolment information on the Bellfield College website and student database </li>
<li>Coordinating all orientation documentation and activities for new students </li>
<li>Managing and coordinating student assessments</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining positive community relations through </li>
</ul>
<p> 1. Providing an authentic and professional image of the School in dealing with all enrolment enquiries </p>
<p> 2.Overseeing and conducting and/or supervising introductions to the School, including tours </p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the promotion of, and participation in, key enrolments and marketing events: </li>
</ul>
<p> 1. College Tours </p>
<p> 2.Orientation Days </p>
<p> 3. Information Evenings </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a school or educational setting is an advantage, but not required</li>
<li>A valid First Aid Certificate would be an advantage. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Selection Criteria </strong></p>

<li>Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and/or one of the following (Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Urdu)</li>
<li>Excellent computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, Adobe Suite) </li>
<li>Effective organisational and time management skills</li>
<li>Displays a flexible approach to dealing with staff and students, able to work collaboratively and build positive relationships </li>

<li>Four weeks annual leave. It is an expectation that leave will be taken in the school holidays during the College closure period in December and January.</li>

<p>The successful applicant may be required from time to time, to work reasonable additional hours to fulfil the duties of the position. </p>
